The Good Shepherd
Lectionary this week: Revised Common Lectionary — Year A (Season after Pentecost)
Scripture for Today
John 10:11-18
Read the full passage in your Bible, then pause to let the Holy Spirit apply it to your heart.
Reflection
He is not a hired hand who flees at the wolf. Your Shepherd laid down His life for you — and knows you by name.

A Prayer for Kenya
Almighty God, who rulest over all the kingdoms of the earth: bless our nation Kenya — its President, leaders and people. Give wisdom to those in authority, peace to our communities, justice to the oppressed, and prosperity to the work of our hands; and let thy Church be salt and light in our land; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
